Yes. Checkout and payment run through Hospitable, the property-management platform behind hundreds of thousands of vacation rentals, with bank-grade encryption. We never see or store your card details.
How does check-in work?
Self-guided, with smart locks. You'll get your personal door code and a full arrival guide before your stay — no keys, no meetups, no waiting on anyone.
What's the cancellation policy?
It varies by property and dates, and the exact policy for your stay is shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises. Most stays follow a 30-day flexible policy: cancel 30+ days out for a full refund.
Can we celebrate? What about parties?
We host celebrations, not parties. Bachelorettes, birthdays, reunions — welcome, and we'll even decorate before you arrive. Unregistered overnight guests, events, and neighborhood-waking noise — no. It's how we keep these homes (and these backyards) available for groups like yours.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes — outdoor quiet hours in the evening, posted per home. Our houses sit in real neighborhoods, and being good neighbors is part of why guests get resort backyards in residential settings.
Is there a minimum age to book?
The primary booker must be 25 or older and staying at the property.
Can I bring my pet?
We love them, but no — our homes are pet-free. (Guests with allergies love this answer.)
Can you help with decorations or special requests?
That's our specialty. Pre-arrival decorating, bridal suite setups, fridge stocking, transportation, and trusted local partners are available at most homes — just ask when you book.
